These guys are THE BOMB! I faced a "worse nightmare" scenario. Driver broke down on the side of the road on 285 in ATLANTA. I passed by all the vendors that were lined up first in NTTS as I felt a hellacious screw job ahead of me. I called GTS and spoke to Matt. Didn't known at the time that he was "the Cheese"(owner) at the time. I explained the situation to him and he could handle it, but needed us to be patient. He reported that it was "total gridlock" out there . GTS did a great job and even let the driver go before he received payment. He said he knew we wouldn't have stiffed him- just had a feeling. TRUST? That is something that you dont see too often anymore! The bill was way less than I expected as well... Between Matt's "six sense" and me finding the right vendor, neither one of us received an unwanted screwing! GTS is wonderful. I highly recommend them! You'd be a fool not to call them! They have another aspect that I thought dead as well- CUSTOMER SERVICE! Can I get an AMEN here?!?!

Great company, had an no start, they did a real diagnostic and discovered a bad sam cab in my dash. Previous company just changed my starter and guessed, then subsequently had me pay for a tow. These techs actually know how to test at dealer level. They are priced at 100 dollars an hour less then local dealers, got me in and fixed same day. Cheaper then the dealer and they are faster. Great experience.

Not recommended this service because they diagnosed my truck and didn't call me back, after 1hr of waiting I called them back and asked what is the problem they said it is a turbo and estimate around $6200, I said I want go somewhere else they don't want to release truck until I will pay for 2hr of diagnostic because they already ordered turbo. Paid and go to other shop I been fixed in couple hours less than $1k. Be aware.

They did a road call stayed out for 3 1/2 hours knew that it was a fuel issue we told them that much connected the jpro completely skipped over the HP fuel pump being out of range charged me for road call and labors had to pay for a tow and another shop to diag the problem they said they sent a master tech out Would not recommend these guys 👎🏾

I asked the road service the radiator was leak. They told me I can take your truck to the shop . They replaced the radiator, but they left everything all the bolts are missing from the side to the radiator condenser. I don’t want to be anybody is goes there too pay way more money than you go to different shop to done this job was definitely you need to be another shop to go to repair your truck, cost me triple money to repair the shop I wish I can put a -5 star
